Jacek Ostaszewski – composer, double bassist, flutist, and founder of the group Osjan, is a key figure in the Polish scene of improvised and theatrical music. He has composed for leading theatre directors such as Krystian Lupa, Piotr Cieplak, and Jerzy Grzegorzewski. His works, situated at the intersection of ethnic, meditative, and contemporary music, are known for their distinctive sound that blends spirituality with expressive depth.
