Piotr Salaber

Composer, pianist and conductor, professor of musical arts. He is the author of music for over one hundred theatre productions, feature films, television series and programs, productions of Polish Radio Theatre, Television Theatre, and documentary films. He has collaborated, among others, with drama theatres in Poland, Russia, France, Canada, Hungary, and Taiwan. He further developed his compositional skills under the guidance of Karlheinz Stockhausen. For many years, he lectured on film music at the Institute of Audiovisual Arts of the Jagiellonian University in Kraków and as a guest lecturer at the University of British Columbia in Vancouver. Since 2010, he has been affiliated with the Academy of Music in Bydgoszcz. Born in 1966 in Wrocław.
