Dominika Czajkowska-Ptak

Composer and pianist. Winner of the Transatlantyk Instant Composition Contest (2018) and the Grand Prix of the Ladies Jazz Festival (2020), and finalist of the Jan A.P. Kaczmarek Award at the Krakow Film Music Festival (2025). A graduate of the Fryderyk Chopin University of Music and the H. Majewski Jazz Studies Program. Her music can be heard, among others, in Letters to Santa 6 and the TVN series St. Anna’s Hospital. She performs with her own quartet, and is currently working on a new album as well as multiple audiovisual projects. She teaches piano improvisation at the Fryderyk Chopin University of Music.
