Tomasz Samulnik OP
A Dominican friar, theologian, musician, and composer of sacred music, with particular emphasis on liturgical music. A graduate of the Organ Department of the Music High School in Lutomiersk, he studied choral conducting at the Academy of Music in Warsaw (now the Fryderyk Chopin University of Music). His musical work is intended and practiced to serve the Roman Catholic liturgy. It frequently combines traditional choral music with elements of instrumental improvisation.
