
Marcin Nierubiec
Composer, songwriter, and pianist. A graduate in musicology from the University of Warsaw, he studied composition and instrumentation under Professor Marcin Błażewicz and Professor Romuald Twardowski. Recipient of the “Amadeusz” Award of Polish Radio Theatre for the best compositional debut (2022). His songs have won major national competitions, including the Polish Song Festival in Opole (Ania Byrcyn, Chowam się – Debuts Concert, 2021) and the Polish National Eurovision Selection (Marcin Mroziński, Legenda, 2010). He has written music for artists such as Maryla Rodowicz, Michał Bajor, Krzysztof Krawczyk, Doda, Gromee, Urszula, Izabela Trojanowska, Anna Jurksztowicz, Kasia Cerekwicka, Jacek Wójcicki, Krzysztof Kiljański, Norbi, among many others. His work spans oratorios, film scores, theatre music, ballet, electronic compositions, and television soundtracks (including the documentary Irena Santor. Magiczny jeden krok, TVP 2024).
